GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
To place an order or book in the store of XCESS COMPANY you need to be registered on the website.
All product orders accepted by Xcess Company would agree to the following Terms and Conditions which form part of the Contract of Sale. The acceptance of the product implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

A - RATES AND PAYMENTS
Prices reflected on our web include VAT. Xcess Company reserves the right to change the price of goods without notice according to market conditions. Published in our catalog prices do not constitute an offer and therefore do not require to be supplied at that price in all cases. All invoices / purchase invoices are established in the date that are sold. Payment must be made by the means indicated above and in € euros.

B - AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
Xcess Company will use their best endeavors to achieve delivery dates, but these are no more than estimates, so it won´t affect the nature of this contract. If any product is not available at the time of order we stocked it up automatically as soon as possible to send it to the client.
